So I’ve been 18 for about two weeks shy of four months now, I’ve had my drivers license for two years, and I just now got my first speeding ticket. Sixty-seven in a fifty-five. w00t. In a construction-zone, no less, but the cop plainly said “that would be bullshit if I said it was in a construction zone at this time of day” (pitch-black night time), followed up by a “sorry if my language offends you.”

I got home and showed it to my mom and she was just like “LoooL, How fast were you going?” She didn’t actually say “LoooL”, but that was her reaction. And then I got a little talk about how I’m the one that’s gone the longest without a ticket (of my older siblings), and how my speeding wasn’t really that uncalled for, considering where it took place.

Earlier I decided that the whole computer application software engineering type dealie is not for me. I want to do web development instead. C++ doesn’t really woo me at all, and it’s just boring. PHP, on the otherhand, I love. Right now, though, I just have to focus on finishing my crappy classes =\

Hmm. You know what I should do? I should go look up all the lyrics to the songs and then post them here, dedicated to one or two specific people who are special to me. I sh00d al50 5taRT talkin lyk thiz! Yah, that r0x!!!1! And while I’m at it, I’ll git a XAngA!!

Oh, wait. I just remembered that I’m not fourteen years old. Wow, what a shame. =(

I bought $100 dollars of Dockers clothing. It was really a great deal, because I have been needing some dressy clothes for a LONG time =)

Grr so today I took the day off from work to get some homework done and turned in. All stupid XP command line stuff, mostly. Had the basic computing class tonight. It was the first test of the semester, although the teacher decided to use the first hour and a half to go over another chapter, so I got a good hour and a half of sleep in. After the mid-way break we finally took the test. It was like fifty questions and I finished it in about five minutes, everyone else wasn’t even done with the first page yet =( And we got put into groups for some project =( God, we have to pretend like we’re buying parts to build a computer.

Damn it, I hate this class. I hate wasting my time in these classes where I don’t learn anything. Unix was last night, and that was all review too, just as it has been since the beginning of the semester. And this XP command line thing, it’s just basic DOS, I’ve picked up like maybe one or two things up from the class so far. It’s also online so I have to be sure to remember the assignments and due dates and what-not. THE WINDOWS COMMAND LINE IS THE WORST COMMAND LINE INTERFACE EVER.
