I wish I was artsy.  I’ve dabbled with the visual arts of drawing and coloring over my years but nothing really stuck.  (I used to be able to draw me a mean t-rex, though.)

I wish I was musical.  Talented.  Creative.  I wish I was creative.  Creativity has always seemed to take a wrong turn at Albuquerque whenever I really needed it.  All throughout school, namely.

I love music, but am so bummed out that I can’t create any.  I’ve thought about buying a guitar or something every so often, but reality knocks on the door and reminds me that I’d probably lose focus and move onto something else… Just like my drawing… Just like with my coding…

Guhhhh.  Rude people piss me off.  And just as I thought we were really starting to be friends.  What’s even worse is when they don’t realize how much of a jerk they are being…or at least let it be known that they do.

I need a new job.  I hate (or… “strongly dislike”) many of the people around me at work.  Co-workers included.

The wait is finally over!

I really suck at writing reviews so I won’t even try here.  Basically… “Bigger, dumber, and heavier than before!”  This entire CD is full of wonderment.  When I say entire, I mean all 75 minutes of it!  The final track is called “We Ran out of CD Space”… tell me about it.  I’ve never once seen a CD have that much content on it without using the “silence gap” for a secret track.

Favorite songs?  Right now I gotta say “Shower”, “The Hunger Within”, “Orange”, and “Passive Vengence”.  “Minimum Rage” is starting to push its way onto that list, though, lately…. I know I work in retail and not fast food, but that song just sums it up just as well!

My name is on a most epic spot in “373 Thank Yous”.  I am the very last name of the song!  The song lasts for just over fourteen minutes, haha!  I know most people would think that the last name on such a long song wouldn’t be very epic but… if its the last one, then the people (who make it that far in the song) who hear it would be more likely to remember it than the ones before it, right?  It would be fresh in their memory!  Plus, the name is at the very end on the lyrics on the liner note.  Its a giant wall of text with my name right at the end.  Easy to read!  So… I’m famous!

Hopefully I will be able to go see them this summer.  They are in Chicago on my birthday, and Madison a couple days later… I don’t wanna deal with that traffic, though.  Right now the plan is to drive a few hours south to Bloomington with a few friends on the 29th of June.  I really gotta get that time-off request into work!
